History

1935 – Completion of construction of the Novomoskovsk tin-plate rolling plant; launch of the rolled sheet products.

1937 – Commissioning of the consumer goods’ shop (later on called the zinc-coated dishware shop).

1943-1947 – Post-war reconstruction of the plant.

1951 – Commissioning of the rolling mill No 1, launch of operations of the tinning and galvanizing shop.

1957 – The enterprise is renamed into the Novomoskovsk Metallurgical Plant.

1961 –Commissioning of the electric-welded pipe shop No 1.

1965 – Commencement of operations of the electric-welded pipe shop No 2.

1972 – The enterprise is renamed into the Novomoskovsk Pipe Plant – appearance of the globally-known abbreviation NMPP.

1983 – Commissioning of the electric-welded pipe shop No 3.

1996 – Completion of the enterprise privatization process.

2007 – The enterprise is renamed into OJSC “INTERPIPE Novomoskovsk Pipe Plant”.

2007-2009 – Implementation and completion of a comprehensive program for enterprise revamp.

2008 – Commissioning of the pipe polymer coating floor.

2010 – NMPP jubilee – the mill celebrates its 75th anniversary. A book and a movie “INTERPIPE Novomoskovsk Pipe Plant – 75 years” came out.
